Update to 2021-27 Corporate Plan
Since publishing our 2021–27 Corporate Plan, WICS has undergone significant change. Over the past few years we have strengthened our organisational capability, refreshed our ways of working, and sharpened our focus as Scotland’s economic regulator for the water industry.
In light of this, we took the opportunity to refresh our strategic objectives and outcomes for the final two years of the corporate planning period. This update ensures the plan better reflects the organisation we are today and our current priorities.
In our 2025–26 Work Plan, we set out revised objectives and outcomes that respond to this evolution and provide clarity on where we are focusing our efforts as we move towards the end of the planning period.
