Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Acts, please now provide me with a copy of the conditions of Licence for participants in the retail water market, and the legal basis for the so-called ‘deemed contract’.

- The standard licence conditions
- The Water Services etc (Scotland) Act 2005, within which section 20A(4) provides a legal basis for the deemed contracts.
