Overview
Under the Market Code, following receipt of a Final Report on either a Market Code or Operational Code change proposal from the Technical Panel, the Commission is required to conduct a consultation prior to exercising its right to approve or block the proposal.

Responses should be submitted to CompetitionTeam@wics.scot by 5pm on Friday 4 September 2026. WICS will review all responses received before exercising its right to approve or block the proposal.
