I wish to acquire your data under the PIDA for the years 2019-20 and 2020-21.
Response
The Water Industry Commission does not hold data under the PIDA for the years 2019-20 and 2020-21. This is because there have been 0 instances of whistleblowing referred to us, within this timeframe. Section 17 of FOISA states that where public authorities receive requests for information that they do not hold, they must issue a notice advising that they do not hold the requested information.
Should we have any data to this effect in future, it would be reported in our Annual Report and Accounts which you can monitor from our website here.
