I would be grateful for the release of the following information relative to the Commission’s letter to Scottish Water of 3rd February 2022 regarding income and charge levels for 2022/23 and beyond:

  • Any reply received from Scottish Water to the letter of 3rd February 2022.
  • Any further correspondence on the subject from the Commission to Scottish Water and any further responses.
  • All email correspondence between the Commission and Scottish Water on the matters raised in the letter of 3rd February 2022.
  • All internal email within the Commission on the approach to following-up on the matters raised with Scottish Water in the letter of 3rd February.
  • All email correspondence with the Scottish Government on the question of the issues raised with Scottish Water in the letter of 3rd February.
  • All notes of meetings held with Scottish Water and meetings with the Scottish Government on the issues raised by the Commission in the letter of 3rd February.
