I am writing to request information about sewer flooding in Scotland.
I am hoping you can supply the following data for each of the last four financial years (2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20), and any data you have for the 2020 financial year so far:
- the number of properties that were internally flooded by sewage (in other words, the number of properties where sewage overflowed or flooded into the house)
- the number of areas that were externally flooded by sewage (in other words, the number of areas of private land or gardens that sewage has flooded)
If you are unable to proceed with all of the above, due either to the information not being held, or the data exceeding your time limits, please provide the rest of the information.
