As by law you are a prescribed person and therefore under a duty to inquire into matters raised with you, please could you release to me any records of the decision in which it was ‘agreed' that you would not act as a prescribed person and investigate disclosures made to you.
Response
We responded to this request by issuing a notice informing the requester that we did not hold the information. We were able to provide a link to our published whistleblowing policy and confirm that we had had zero disclosures to date.
