  1. The current total number of Black and Minority Ethnic people employed in your workforce to date
  2. The total number of Black and Minority Ethnic people who have left your workforce over the last 5 years
  3. The total number of Black and Minority Ethnic people employed in senior and strategic roles within your organisation to date
  4. Information about what specific actions your organisation has taken to understand the ethnic backgrounds, needs, and aspirations of Black and Minority Ethnic people that your organisation may serve or employ to date
  5. Information about what specific actions your organisation has taken to recruit Black and Minority Ethnic people into working for your organisation to date
  6. Information about what specific actions your organisation has taken to retain members of your workforce from a Black and Minority Ethnic background to date
  7. Information about what specific actions your organisation has taken to proactively encourage, support, and assist your workforce from a Black and Minority Ethnic background into senior and strategic roles within your organisation to date.

Response

  1. Currently, we have no black or minority ethnic people employed in our workforce of 24 people.
  2. We have had one black and minority ethnic person leave our workforce over the last 5 years.
  3. We have had no black or minority ethnic people employed in senior and strategic roles within our organisation. For context, there are in the region of 3-4 such positions in our office.
  4. As an equal opportunities employer, we encourage all our staff to understand the ethnic backgrounds, needs and aspirations of any Black and Minority Ethnic people who we have employed, no matter their place of birth, culture or race.
  5. We have taken no specific actions to recruit Black and Minority Ethnic people into our organisation.
  6. We have taken no specific actions to retain Black and Minority Ethnic people into our organisation.
  7. We have taken no specific actions to proactively encourage, support, and assist our workforce from a Black and Minority Ethnic background into senior and strategic roles.
