Charges Scheme for 2023-24: Approval
On 25 January 2023, Scottish Water submitted a proposed Charges Scheme to the Commission. The Charges Scheme covers the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 and contains the proposed retail charges from Scottish Water to customers and wholesale charges from Scottish Water to Licensed Providers. The proposed Charges Scheme sets out a 5% increase for household and wholesale primary charges.
