This document outlines the Notice of Revocation of a water and/or sewerage services licence.

Notice of Revocation

of a water and/or sewerage services licence under
Paragraph 10 of Schedule 2 to the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act 2005
(the "2005 Act")

  1. Water Services Licence, granted to Three Sixty Water Services Limited (registered number 05612103) under section 6(1) of the 2005 Act on 27 June 2013; and
  2. Sewerage Services Licence, granted to Three Sixty Water Services Limited (registered number 05612103) under section 6(3) of the 2005 Act on 27 June 2013.

(together the “Licences")

The Water Industry Commission for Scotland (the "Commission") upon the request of Three Sixty Water Services Limited (“Three Sixty Water”) to have its Licences revoked, is satisfied that, having regard to a) the terms and conditions of the Licenses; b) Three Sixty Water’s responsibilities to its customers; and c) all other matters which it considers to be relevant, it would be reasonable to revoke the Licences pursuant to the powers granted to it by sub paragraph 10(5) of schedule 2 to the 2005 Act.

For the following reason, the Commission hereby serves this Notice of Revocation (the “Notice”) on Three Sixty Water and revokes the Licences:

  • On 13 June 2024 the Commission received a request by Three Sixty Water to have its Licences revoked pursuant to sub paragraph 10(5) of Schedule 2 to the 2005 Act.

Pursuant to sub paragraph 10(8) of Schedule 2 to the 2005 Act, Three Sixty Water may, by summary application made by 06 November 2024, appeal to the Sheriff against this Notice.

Subject to any such appeal, the revocation of the Licences will take effect from 7th November 2024.
