Thank you for providing access to your entity's expenditure information, found on your website here: https://wics.scot/publications/transparency/wics-governance/psra-2023-24. However, I am currently unable to locate information relating to the previous financial year (2024/25). Therefore, I'd like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for all of your entity's individual transactions over £25,000 for April 2024 onwards.
Please provide the data in a machine-readable format (preferably CSV). As a minimum, please make sure to include the date, value, and recipient of each transaction. Please also provide details on the procurement category of each transaction if you have it.

If you are unhappy with this response to your request, you may ask us to carry out a review by contacting us. Your request for review should explain why you are dissatisfied and should be made within 40 working days of receipt of this response. The review will be undertaken by staff not involved in the original process and we will reply within 20 working days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Scottish Information Commissioner (SIC) and thereafter to the Court of Session on a point of law only. The SIC can be contacted using the details below:
