We have not issued any specific enforcement notices or penalties as outlined in our enforcement and penalties policy. We have, however, carried out an investigation on two separate occasions for a potential licence breach concerning one Licensed Provider. We did identify a minor licence breach as part of one of the two separate investigations. On both occasions, we made recommendations for improvement, which the Licensed Provider subsequently agreed to implement. Please note that the Licensed Provider remediated the contravention in a prompt manner. |

WICS does not employ front line enforcement officers. However, we do have two employees who (amongst other functions) monitor the non-household retail market and Licensed Providers' compliance with licence conditions. |
